I grew up in Bloomfield and West Hartford, CT learning how to ski at Ski Sundown and Bolton Valley Resort in north Burlington Vermont.  After graduating with a BA in political science from Hobart and William Smith College, I jumped in a car with my friends and moved to Aspen, Colorado.  I was not prepared for the incredible beauty  of my surroundings. I knew that I would never want to leave such a beautiful place, but I also knew the importance of education, so I moved to Eugene, OR and achieved a BS in general science and a minor in organic chemistry from the University of Oregon.  Homesick for Colorado, I promptly moved back to Steamboat Springs this time, where my sister Deb was ski patrolling for the Steamboat Ski area.  I fell in love with Steamboat and thought that I could realistically achieve my dreams in Ski Town USA.

My exposure to the Real Estate industry started in 1990 in Aspen where I worked for Donald Fleisher at The Fleisher Company, a commercial real estate company, as a personal assistant.  I was also inspired by another dear friend,  Aspenite George Vicenzi, who was a virtual whiz in real estate investing and property management, and who encouraged me to procure my Real Estate license.  I continued my exposure to the real estate industry working at The Steamboat Title Company ( now Title Company of the Rockies)  as a personal assistant to Michael Carrol. After working for a year and learning the importance of escrow and title examination, I procured my real estate license, and have loved every minute of assisting people with their real estate needs.

I have now been a real estate broker for over 25 years,  I have also worked as a property manager for a high end resort company called Quintess for a multi million dollar property here in Steamboat Springs, meeting every need of the clients and guests who stayed at this property.
